Solutions for common CRM connection errors, Dynamics 365 URL issues, and sync problems.

Connection Errors

"Need admin approval" (Dynamics)Your IT admin must grant consent in Microsoft Entra. See the Microsoft Entra Permission Setup article.
"Organization already has an active CRM connection"Disconnect your existing CRM before connecting a new one.
"You must be an organization admin or owner"Ask an admin in your Revial organization to connect the CRM.
Connection page shows an error after redirectThe authorization may have timed out. Try connecting again.

Dynamics 365 URL Issues

IssueSolution
"Invalid Dynamics 365 URL"Ensure the URL matches the format https://yourorg.crm4.dynamics.com with the correct regional suffix.
URL is rejected but looks correctRemove any trailing slashes or paths — only the base URL is needed.

Sync Issues

IssueSolution
Sync appears stuckBackground jobs may take a few minutes. Check back shortly.
Missing CRM data after syncVerify the connected CRM user has access to the records you expect to see.
Token expired notificationReconnect the CRM by disconnecting and connecting again. See Managing Your CRM Connection.
