Key features of the Revial service

This document describes the key features of the Revial service.
DEFINITIONS
“Service” means the cloud-based software service provided by Revial.
“License” means the non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use granted to the Customer for the Service.
“Order Form” means the order accepted by the Customer, which defines the commercial terms of the Service, such as license quantities, prices, and contract period.
SERVICE CONTENT
Revial provides the Customer with access to the Service and guided onboarding, which includes platform user training.
MAINTENANCE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
The license includes maintenance and customer support for Revial’s designated administrators. Support services are available on weekdays from 9-17 and at other times as separately agreed. The goal is to respond to support requests within 1-2 business days, considering the urgency of the matter.
